مقتل رئيسة شؤون المرأة في اقليم افغاني في هجوم بقنبلة

ننكرهار (افغانستان) (رويترز) - قال مسؤولون أفغان ان رئيسة اقليمية لشؤون المرأة استهدفت وقتلت في هجوم بقنبلة لصقت بسيارتها في شرق أفغانستان يوم الجمعة في أحدث اعمال عنف تستهدف النساء الافغانيات.
وقال سرهادي زواك المتحدث باسم حاكم اقليم لغمان ان حنيفة صافي قتلت اثناء قيادتها سيارتها في مهترلام عاصمة الاقليم حين انفجرت قنبلة لصقت بسيارتها.
وقال زواك لرويترز "قتلتها وأدخلت زوجها الذي كان برفقتها في غيبوبة" وأضاف ان الهجوم وقع على بعد نحو 150 كيلومترا شرقي العاصمة كابول وأصيب فيه ايضا عشرة مدنيين.
وأحجم زواك عن الكشف عما اذا كان يعتقد ان طالبان الافغانية وراء الهجوم واكتفى بالقول بان "اعداء أفغانستان" زرعوا القنبلة.
ولم تعلن اي جهة المسؤولية عن الهجوم.
وصافي هي ثاني رئيسة اقليمية لشؤون المرأة تغتال منذ استحداث المنصب قبل عشر سنوات في كل اقاليم افغانستان الاربعة والثلاثين ويتبع المنصب وزارة شؤون المرأة في كابول.
وكانت صفية اما جان التي رأست ادارة شؤون المرأة في اقليم قندهار الجنوبي قد قتلت بالرصاص على ايدي مسلحي طالبان عام 2006 .
وجاء هجوم يوم الجمعة بعد حصول رويترز على تسجيل فيديو لواقعة اعدام امرأة عمرها 22 عاما تدعى نجيبة اتهمت بالزنا في منطقة على بعد ساعة من كابول بالسيارة وهو ما اثار غضبا دوليا.
ونفت طالبان ضلوعها في ذلك الهجوم وان كان مسؤولون في كابول اتهموا الحركة المتشددة بالمسؤولية عن واقعة الاعدام بالرصاص. وصدمت واقعة الاعدام كثيرين من الافغان العاديين.

Bomb Kills Afghan Women's Affairs Ministry

NANGAHAR, Afghanistan -- Officials in Afghanistan say a woman who worked as a provincial director for the Ministry Of Women's Affairs has been killed in a bomb explosion.

Police say the bomb that killed Hanifa Safi, the women's affairs chief in the eastern Laghman Province, had apparently been attached to her vehicle.

Her husband and a young daughter were also reported injured in the July 13 attack in the Laghman capital, Mehtarlam.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the bombing.

But officials said the attack is similiar to previous assaults by Taliban militants targeting Afghan government officials and Afghan and foreign forces.

The United Nations condemned the attack.
  
"The deliberate killing of a brave woman and a public servant, dedicated to improving the situation of Afghan women and working for the safety and security of her country, is an
outrage," said Jan Kubis, its representative to Kabul.

Femme chilienne maltraitée par son mari, un policier Nelson Aguirre Cortés. Sa déclaration a été changé par lapolice collègue de son mari. Et elle apparaît comme l'agresseur. Elle était toute la journée dans le donjon, et elle a été traitée comme une criminelle

Chile: A woman , brutally beaten by a her husband a police officer. His co-worker and friend changed the woman's statements and accused her of being the attacker of her husband !!! she spend all day in prison and treated like a criminal while being innocent and a victim ! Where is justice ?

La violence contre les femmes est avant tout un phénomène social. C'est un fait qui témoigne de l'existence de l'oppression des femmes dans la société mondialisée d'aujourd'hui, dans laquelle la femme est une victime culturellement légitimé; d'apprentissage basé sur les rôles sexuels et qui donne à l'homme une position de pouvoir. Combien de temps encore on tolère ces faits indignes?

Violence against women is above all a social phenomenon. It is a fact that testifies the existence of oppression of women in today's global society, in which she is a victim culturally legitimized, based on the learning of sexualized roles and which grants the man a position of power. How long will we tolerate these undignified facts?
